Now, Steven Raichlen is bringing the heat to Fort Wayne!

PBS39 is proud to present, at the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory at 4:00pm on Sunday, June 24, a special evening with chef Steven Raichlen, the man responsible for launching a revolution in live-fire cooking in America.

Raichlen will share details about his new book, Project Fire, share tips and demonstrations that’ll help attendees harness the power of fire and the thrill of the grill.

Tickets were $50.00 each and they include a dinner catered by Fort Wayne’s own Shigs In Pit, PLUS a signed copy of Raichlen’s latest book, Project Fire. This special  event is appropriate for those 21 years of age and older; a cash bar will be available.
