You’re invited to join PBS39 at the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory at 4:00pm on Sunday, June 24 for a special evening with chef Steven Raichlen, the man responsible for launching a revolution in live-fire cooking in America. Raichlen will share details about his new book, Project Fire, share tips and demonstrations that’ll help you harness the power of fire and the thrill of the grill.
Tickets are $50.00 each and include a dinner catered by Shigs In Pit, PLUS a signed copy of Raichlen’s latest book, Project Fire. A cash bar will be available for this event, appropriate for those 21 years of age and older.
