Frequently Asked Questions about PBS39's Pledge Policies

When will I receive my thank you gift?
On average, you will receive your thank you gift 6-8 weeks after you fulfill your pledge. Some items may arrive sooner; however, it can take up to 12 weeks. We order thank you gifts weekly throughout the year; however, national demand for an item may slow down our distributors and cause delays in our ability to mail your thank you gift. If it has been longer than 8-12 weeks and you have not received your thank you gift, contact Development Assistant Christine Zygmont at (260) 484-8839.

I made a pledge for tickets...when will I get them?
If the item(s) you have pledged for are tickets to a concert or event, PBS39 will will only accept credit card payments for these tickets; tickets are not refundable.
PBS39 will ship your tickets to you as soon as they become available to us.

What is PBS39's Refund Policy?
Due to the cost of the purchase of thank you gifts and the cost of credit card transactions,
WFWA PBS39 has a "no refund" policy.

What is PBS39's Return Policy?
If you open your gift and discover that it is the wrong item or is damaged, just re-pack it and mark the package "Return to Sender." Contact our Development Assistant Christine Zygmont at membership@wfwa.org or call (260) 484-8839 to make other arrangements or receive a replacement.

What is PBS39's Privacy Policy?
By providing your mailing and email addresses to PBS39, you allow us to communicate with you about programming, events, and station activities. Rest assured that we never share your contact information or other information you choose to share with us, with other organizations or businesses. Ever.
