Welcome to the 2019 PBS39 KIDS Writers Contest. The program has two phases: Local and Regional. During the Local phase, students write, illustrate, and submit their own stories for judging at one of the Local Entry Points (listed below). All students in K-3 are eligible to participate.

The top stories from each location move on to the PBS39 Regional level! After the Regional results are announced in May, the contest officially concludes with a ceremony for the winners and their families.
