
As an informational resource and partner with all the communities in the PBS39 coverage area, we offer area organizations, groups and non-profits the opportunity to submit information
to our Community Calendar.
You can submit events for inclusion on our community calendar via e-mail to:
communitycalendar@wfwa.org
or via fax at (260) 482-3632.
It has been our policy to acept and run these notices so long as they are non-commercial and non-political in nature and inclusive for the entire community at large and arrive here at least two weeks in advance of the event.
To make a submission to PBS39's Community Calendar, either online or on-air, please make sure you send along the following information at least two weeks in advance:
Date(s) of event
Time(s) of event
Event Name
Location of the Event
Any event details (what is about, who the event is for if a benefit, etc.)
Contact information (phone number, e-mail addresses, website addresses) related to the event.
Submission Tip: Your event has a much better chance of being run if it has been sent in the body of the e-mail and not as an attachment or huge file riding along with that e-mail. In the words of an immortal TV detective, a "Just The Facts" format works best.
PBS39 reserves the right to choose the events that are run on our Community Calendar based on the aforementioned criteria as well as our having the time to be able to do so effectively and the airtime/space as well.
